This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Ooty platform (the "Service"). All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal charge. This applies equally to all product types:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service shall continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges shall be applied following cancellation.

Refunds shall be processed within 3 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
All prices are listed in USD. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles currency conversion and local tax compliance. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of refund may result in a difference in the refunded amount when converted to your local currency.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have additional cancellation rights under applicable law, and those rights are not limited or excluded by this policy.
